Jiangsu Pengfei Group provides process design, civil construction, complete equipment, installation and commissioning, technical services, and general contracting for cement production lines.
Equipment includes
The main equipment of cement production line includes: cement rotary kiln, cyclone preheater, cooler, crusher, vertical mill, roller press, cement mill, coal mill, dryer, dust collector, packaging machine, bulk machine, conveyor, electrical control, etc.
Production method
Cement production uses limestone and clay as the main raw materials, which are crushed, batched, and ground into raw materials through vertical mills, and then fed into cement rotary kilns to calcine into clinker. Then, the clinker is added with appropriate amount of gypsum, part of mixed materials or admixtures, and ground into cement through cement mills, which are then transported out of the factory by packaging machines or bulk machines. Cement production equipment adopts dry cement production process. After drying and grinding the raw materials into raw material powder, it is fed into dry rotary kilns to calcine into clinker. The main advantage of dry production is low heat consumption.
Process Flow
1. Limestone Crushing Dump trucks pour limestone into the hopper. After being crushed by a hammer crusher, the limestone is sent to the limestone pre-homogenization yard by a belt conveyor, and the cantilever stacker is used to stack and take the materials in layers. The taken limestone is sent to the limestone batching bin of the raw material batching station by a belt conveyor. An electromagnetic iron remover is installed on the warehouse belt conveyor to remove possible iron pieces in the limestone. A metal detector is installed at the head of the belt conveyor to detect whether there are residual iron pieces in the raw materials to avoid damage to the raw material mill roller press. The raw material batching station is equipped with batching bins for limestone, clay, etc. Plate feeders and quantitative feeders are installed at the bottom of each batching bin. The four raw materials are discharged by their respective quantitative feeders according to the proportion required for batching, and the batched materials are fed into the raw material vertical mill through the belt conveyor.
2. The raw material grinding adopts a vertical roller mill system, and the high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the kiln tail is used as the drying heat source. After the material is ground by the vertical mill, it is dried and graded by the V-type powder selector. After the fine powder is selected by the high-efficiency powder selector, part of the fine powder is sent to the raw material homogenization warehouse through the air conveying chute and bucket elevator.
3. The coal mill is set at the end of the kiln. A part of the exhaust gas at the end of the kiln is collected by the cyclone dust collector and used as the drying heat source for the raw coal. After the exhaust gas at the end of the kiln is humidified and cooled by the humidification tower, it directly enters the electrostatic precipitator at the end of the kiln. The water spraying amount of the humidification tower is automatically controlled according to the exhaust gas temperature at the outlet of the humidification tower, so that the exhaust gas temperature is within the allowable range of the electrostatic precipitator at the end of the kiln. The exhaust gas purified by the dust collector is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The kiln ash collected by the humidification tower is sent to the kiln feeding system or the raw material homogenization warehouse through the conveying equipment. A continuous raw material homogenization warehouse is set up. The raw material in the warehouse is discharged to the mixing chamber from the surrounding annular area after alternating partition inflation. The raw material is aerated and mixed evenly in the mixing chamber. The required bottom inflation is supplied by the configured Roots blower. After the homogenization, the raw meal powder is metered, passed through the air conveying chute and bucket elevator, and then fed into the two feed ports of the double series preheater through the material distribution valve and the air lock valve.
4. The firing workshop consists of a five-stage double series suspension preheater, a decomposition furnace, a rotary kiln, a grate cooler and a corresponding dust removal system, with a daily output of 2,500 tons of cement clinker. The raw meal fed into the preheater is preheated by the preheater and decomposed in the decomposition furnace, and then fed into the kiln for calcination; the high-temperature clinker discharged from the kiln is cooled in the grate cooler, and the large pieces of clinker are crushed by the crusher and combined with the small particles of clinker leaking under the wind chamber, and are sent to the clinker storage by the clinker chain bucket conveyor for storage. In addition to providing high-temperature secondary and tertiary air to the kiln and the decomposition furnace respectively, the hot air passing through the clinker bed is purified by the electrostatic precipitator and discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. After the clinker is discharged from the bottom unloading device, it is sent to the car bulk station by a belt conveyor. The bulk clinker for external transportation is directly loaded into the car through the dust-free bulk head installed at the bottom of each bin.
5. The pulverized coal preparation adopts a grinding system, using the high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the kiln tail as a drying heat source. The raw coal is fed into the coal mill by the quantitative feeder under the raw coal bin for drying and grinding. The coal powder discharged from the mill enters the bag dust collector with the air flow. The qualified coal powder is collected and sent to the pulverized coal bin with a load sensor by a screw conveyor. After being measured, the pulverized coal is sent to the kiln head burner and the kiln tail decomposition furnace for combustion. The dust-containing gas is purified by the anti-static bag dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The pulverized coal bin and the bag dust collector are both equipped with CO detectors and explosion-proof valves. The whole plant has a central laboratory, which is responsible for the inspection of raw fuels, semi-finished products and finished products of the whole plant; and an air compressor station is set up to supply compressed air for production of the whole plant.
6. Cement batching adopts grinding head silo batching, and the mill adopts φ3.2×13m cement mill. The roller press is matched according to the situation to achieve a cement output of 180 t/h. The finished cement is pneumatically transported to the original cement warehouse by the double warehouse pump.
There are 4 φ12×42m circular warehouses for cement storage, with a total storage capacity of 20,000t and a storage period of 4.6d. The finished cement from the cement grinding system is pneumatically transported to the cement storage system. The cement warehouse is equipped with a discharge pressure relief cone chamber and an aeration device. The air source required for aeration is provided by a Roots blower. There are 2 eight-mouth rotary packaging machines in the cement packaging workshop, and the output of each unit is 90-100t/h.
