The compound fertilizer production line has the characteristics of low investment and good economic benefits. The complete set of equipment has a compact layout, scientific and reasonable process and advanced technology. It saves energy and reduces consumption, does not discharge three wastes, operates stably, runs reliably and is easy to maintain. The raw materials have wide adaptability and are suitable for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, medicines, chemicals, feeds, etc. The product granulation rate is high. It can produce compound fertilizers of various concentrations and types (including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, magnetic fertilizers, etc.).
Production process 1. Raw material preparation: Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, general calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials are prepared in a certain proportion (according to market demand and soil test results in various places). 2. Raw material mixing: Mix the prepared raw materials evenly to improve the uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the fertilizer particles as a whole. 3. Raw material granulation: Send the mixed raw materials to the granulator for granulation (drum granulator or extrusion granulator can be used). 4. Granule drying: Send the granules made by the granulator to the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the granules, increase the strength of the granules, and facilitate storage. 5. Granule cooling: The temperature of the fertilizer granules after drying is too high and it is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is easy to bag, store, and transport. 6. Granule classification: The cooled granules are classified, and the unqualified granules are crushed and re-granulated to screen out the qualified products. 7. Finished film: The qualified products are coated and coated to increase the brightness and roundness of the granules. 8. Finished product packaging: Put the film-wrapped particles, i.e. the finished product, into bags and store them in a ventilated place.
